Can anyone perform septic inspections?
Only a Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioner (ROWP) with a Private Inspector (PIR) designation or professional engineer (P.Eng) can legally provide you with the inspection you will require, giving you legal recourse should human errors be made. Ask for it! Without the private inspector's proper credentials you are not protected by law. Home inspections, government certified septic inspections and well inspections are an absolute must for anyone before buying or selling a home. Please scroll through this link to make sure your Private Inspector is registered to ensure that your inspection will be done legally: https://owrp.asttbc.org/rowp-finder/

How much is this going to set me back?
Our prices vary from job to job, site to site, and depending on the choices that our clients make with regards to repair and installation. Due to the nature of the different jobs it's difficult to have set pricings. We understand that you don't want to feel as though you're "flushing your money down the toilet", therefore we do our best to make prices fair and competitive. Please contact us for a quote.
